The transparency of the western
facade contrasts greatly with the ribbon windows on the eastern
one which can also be perceived as a Modern Box.
The Canteen
is a large span structure which is agrarian
in spirit but collegiate and Rationalist in execution. The Barracks
have become a purist and even slightly monastic portrayal of a simplified
military archetype whilst the Directorˇ¦s Residence is a reinterpretation
of an L.A. Pool House ˇV a dialogue strictly between spaces interior
and exterior. |
